My favorite part of the movie was when the main character escapes the police with a totaly recognizable car and nobody searched for him. The logic in this movie is the worst.

When they cut the movie off at the end, that infuriated me. I f**king hate when movies do that. They couldn't be bothered to rap it up and just say use your imagination. Bye.

I actually enjoyed it , it was an escape from reality for 90 minutes. The plot is complicated which is not predictable.

My favorite Liam Neeson movie is A-Team. I loved the 80s show and the movie. Taken was great but A-Team holds a special place in my heart but after Memory I vowed to never go see any other Neeson films in the theater

I enjoy some of his movies, but I think taken should have been a one and done. As far as favorites I enjoyed the first darkman quite a bit and I think he was fantastic in Batman begins. Great video as always.

Totally agree about Taken, that first one was really good though so you knew those Hollywood executives were gonna push out a few more. I think people forget just how good he is in Batman Begins because of how iconic the villains from the other films are. Great stuff!

I saw this as part of the Regal Mystery Movie Monday so I only paid 5 dollars. Even this wasn't enough and I walked out. Liam Neeson has done Taken ripoffs so much that Taken no longer feels special.

I'm shocked that you didn't wanna see Taken 8: Crazy Carpool haha. They really packed every single thriller cliche into this one, it was so obvious how this one would end from the very beginning. Thanks for watching my review instead of the movie!

Liam Neeson I dunno how he still gets work but, he just still make enough money for the studios to keep pushing out the same type of movies over and over. This one is another one time watch for me and was at least better than Marlowe earlier in the year.

I never ended up watching Marlowe, and it seems like I should consider myself lucky haha. It’s really too bad, because I like Liam Neeson! But I want to see him get back into the roles that made him famous in the first place. Who knows if that’ll ever happen now though…Thanks for watching, dude!

I saw the Spanish original movie this was remade from, "El Desconocido", on Prime and that movie rocked!!! Why is it all remakes from foreign films suck??

Right? It’s crazy, but it seems like it always happens! If I had to guess it’s because there’s less effort put into these remakes, they can kind of just go through the motions since there’s already a blueprint in front of them they can copy. Takes all the passion out of it, which is a huge bummer. Just my opinion though!

This ends the Summer Movie Season. On Plus side: John Wick, Mario, Guardians, Barbie, & Oppenheimer. On Minus side: DND, Flash, MI, Indy, Demeter, lot anchors that lost as much or more that Barbie and Oppenheimer tried to make up so at the end of the day, was Summer of ‘23 a Summer if Our Disconnect or the summer is Barbarellaheimer or whatever you want to call that phenom?

You can't stop the car or get off or the bomb would go off? When had we seen this before? Answer: The "Speed" movies with Keanu Reeves and others over two decades ago? At least in "Speed" there were more characters on a bus, but here most of the time you just have Liam talking on the phone with his two kids in the car and there were the usual mandatory car chases, threats and explosions. And how many times each year do we have to see Liam Neeson beating bad guys? At least twice and sometimes more each year? I would rather watch Nicholas Cage since he was at least funny or comical in some of his roles, while Liam Neeson always had the same expressions.

Dude, I honestly didn’t believe you when you said it was rated R. I looked it up and sure enough. 🤯 That’s only going to hurt it more at the box office. The character motivations all around didn’t make any sense in this movie. And that ending cut off quicker than a priest 3 strokes in 🍆 💦. 😏 My favorite performance of Liam’s is still Schindler’s List, but I thought he was a fantastic Jean Valjean as well. I guess I like the 90’s Neeson best. Cheers Sully.
