This was the first football game I had on the spectrum. Came with a box set, I think. I had forgotten about it until I saw this! Unplayable. Matchday was a revelation when I got it!

Match Day 2 was so much better then this.

Now that was liquid football, whack he's got a foot like a traction engine and other such larks... Enjoyed the look at all these random speccy footy games i too love old manager and strange football titles from the past

One of the things that bothered me, at the time, was the way the game was portrayed in the tape covers. Shining design and drawings and then...bam...crappy graphics. Bought this one for the cover and it was a bad game. It happened so many times!

Afraid so it happened to a lot of games...a lot of money on marketing when the game in fact was awful. Watch next weeks episode as it clearly proves this true.

By far the worst football game. At that time I tried to play this many times because I felt it had potential. 😂 The things I remember about this game 😂

Exactly - I often came back to it thinking - perhaps it was a game that would improve with perseverance as it had interesting ideas ......but it didnt- it was piss poor and it was back to MatchDay 1&2 !!
