The same can be said for Orton, it's crazy going back to like 2013-2015 where everybody was tired of seeing Randy so he was booed out of every building he entered, but now everytime people hear "I hear voices in my head" the crowd goes wild because Randy is a certified legend at this point

This, for me, was the beginning of the end of my 30+ year love affair with WWE / WWF. It wasn't that I particularly liked Daniel Bryan but the obvious deafness and stubbornness of WWE backstage seemed phenomenally short sighted. Granted they did turn tide a few months later and gave D-Bry the biggest push he could get at Mania, but then how did they follow it up? I do wonder, like with Kofi or Rey Mysterio, if WWE only give belts to the 'fans chosen' so they can screw them over, then backstage can say 'Look your champion flopped. Now you should trust us when we want to push these big guys' and then they revert to Borck Lastyear and whoever else is lazy or rubbish.

If anyone cares apparently John Cena and Randy Orton have had 123 singles matches since August 9th 2001 which was at the 4th Annual Brian Pillman Memorial Show. In total between teaming together, multi man matches, Royal Rumbles and everything in between they've had 336 Matches together their first being a tag team match where John Cena then called Prototype teamed with Rico to defeat Randy Orton and Bobby Eaton on July 28th 2001 at a NWA/OVW event in Indiana. Their last match together was the 2018 Royal Rumble, their last match against each other was a Road To Wrestlemania 33 House Show tag team match where Cena teamed with Luke Harper to beat Randy Orton and Bray Wyatt and their last singles match was at a February 2017 house show in New Mexico where Cena defeated Orton to retain the WWE Championship. Their last televised match was on the February 17th 2017 Smackdown where again Cena beat Orton. If any one this is wrong blame Cagematch.

Rey Mysterio could've come in at THAT number, then they could've had Daniel Bryan come in at 30! In his return promo in AEW, he even addresses this idea, and even though I wasn't disappointed in him leaving and understood his reasoning, it still felt cathartic to hear him explain himself. It's not outside the realm of possibility that had he stayed, he might not be with us today for one reason or another. At the end of the day, he needs to take care of himself, and he was willing to leave (easily) 7 figures on the table to do it. And we might even see a better run out of him this time as a result
