That doesn't look like Morimoto Mini, because i have fitted a pair on mine, but i had to do a lot of modifing. Morimoto Mini has the back end too short to fit the nut. What model/type did you use?

En general, se utilizan 2 métodos, con ambos métodos, tenga cuidado y paciencia. El método 1 es usar un horno normal. Precalienta el horno a 200 grados centígrados. Cuando esté listo, apague el horno y coloque el faro en el interior. Asegúrese de que el faro no toque ningún metal del horno colocando un paño sobre la rejilla, por ejemplo. Deje el faro en el horno durante 10-15 minutos antes de abrirlo. Si el juego de faros aún no es lo suficientemente suave, coloque el faro en el horno un poco más de tiempo. El método 2 es adecuado para faros más grandes que no caben en un horno normal, o si su amada esposa no permite en absoluto que se horneen piezas de automóvil en su cocina. Se utiliza una caja de cartón grande donde se sopla aire caliente a través de una pistola de calor. Asegúrese de que el aire caliente de la pistola de calor no sople directamente hacia el faro, coloque el faro en pequeñas elevaciones para que el aire pueda circular correctamente a través de la caja. Usamos una configuración de 300 grados Celsius durante 12-18 minutos / la primera configuración más baja, dependiendo del tamaño del faro.

HI,can I fit two of those projectors into the mentioned headlight (one for low one for high beam)? BTW when you connect that splitter wire and turn on the high beams,I guess both the HID and the xenon bulb will be turned on but what will be the difference in xenon lighting? WiIl the shape of the lighted area change,will the lens go up a bit? or shortly said how it will become high beam from low beam? Thanks in advance.

Hi I have original Xenon but damaged the Headlight. Orginal Xenon Headlight is very expensive. So can i buy a normal one and make a projektor inside? fit this Projektor the original D2S lamps? thanks

Retrofitlab That would be awesome. My headlights frame plastic and "glass" its not in its best shape. Buy a "normal" healight and use the internals of the xenon on the new headlight would be a must. If you sell the parts for this mod i would buy.

My headlamps are original, i´ll retrofit a new pair. But, as a test, i did it, i made it. It was lamost 20 minutes, cause the headlamp is original. I think the new pair won´t spend so much time.

I think it's not butyl. Here in Brazil we don't have this product for sale, it's a shame. If was butyl, wouldn't spend so much time to open it, I guess. Am I right?

When you open a headlamp, you close with butyl? Cos you don't show in the video, you re-use the original sealant, you melt it again? In Brazil, they don't even know what butyl is all about. Lol

Bought this type of bi-xenon kit, took off my headlight and tried this procedure. The result was dreadful. The original headlamps are very difficult to open and i have finally given up and sealed the deal with black rubber silicone. I sold the kit to one of my friends and he succeed mounting it on his 2004 156 alfa (the same like mine was), but after 2 days of work and after he cursed me all the time for this stupid idea :) I do not have to mention that the standard light are the worst on the 156 MK2, but these kits are also illegal in most of the countries....

+Retrofitlab It is useless to buy DEPO ones when i have the original version. They are way better than the DEPO company ones.
