If it's any comfort, I'm sure the price of the rp5 will be much closer to the Odin 2 than the RP4PRO... it's still a great device!

Obviously too early to tell but if it is going to get a powerful chip I think 5.5 in screen is too small. I have an Odin 2 pro and 6 in screen is ok but no smaller . OLED is a really nice feature though.

Yes, do you think it will have a grip or will it be built in? I just saw the DYI backplates.. so I suspect that there won't be an additional grip to buy... might be a bit less pocket friendly though...

Well so far all these handhelds have 3rd party grips but this one looks like it may have an Odin type shape with regards to ergonomics. Either way I’m sure there will be grips available. The ayaneo Evo looks more attractive( 7in oled and ergonomics)to me but I don’t trust there drivers or SW so I’m waiting for reviews. I think AYN will have to come out with an oled to compete. I dont think it will be pocketable unless you are wearing cargo shorts lol. I bought an rg35xx but I just end up playing on my Odin 2. Android is better for on the move.

I am selling my rp4 pro the moment pre orders open for the rp5. Are you kidding? Oled and snapdragon chip? That's what I've always wanted

Yes, the rp5 looks very attractive untill now. I'm curious for the price.
