No. There were no 1 and 2 bit game systems. And the original Mac was a 16/32 bit system, which quickly lost its 16 and 24 bit support as the platform matured. The Game Boy CPU was an 8-bit system which had a CPU that was basically a modified version of what was in CP/M-era computers immediately preceding the introduction of the IBM PC.

You see CGA games into the VGA era since EGA could only do 16 colors while many VGA games were also 16 color games. EGA/VGA were crisper and higher resolution, but less colorful than a good composite CGA game. It's almost impossible to enumerate how many CGA composite colors there were, so how do you define bitness at that point?
