As someone who is super sensitive to input lag, I appreciate the Lag talking points. I would agree about 2 frames is not noticeable to most people. I can notice about 1 extra frame of lag only in games that I'm very familiar with and am really good at. Half a frame is what I'd call completely imperceivable for my own enjoyment, though I'm sure if I was a hardcore speedrunner I'd still reach for that CRT.

I just got it. Goddamn Mike Chi you are a Saint! Goodbye grainy OSSC output on my TV, Goodbye Sync Issues. Hello Crisp and Clear RGB Output from my SNES regardless if it is HD Retrovision Component Cables or Insurrection Industries RGB SCART Cables.. The first time I saw the Zelda Link to the past Title Screen on RGB I was like "What is this Witchcraft?" Even the S-Video on my N64 looks much better compared to the OSSC. I still have to switch inputs, 4:3 and 16:9 aspect ratio and also scanlines on and off depending on the game and resolution as nitpicks, but other than that it is a completely plug and play solution that replaces two upscalers/transcoders with big box transformers on the plugs with one convenient USB cable. Probably uses less than a 10th of the power those two scalers did. Again Mike Chi you are a GOD of Upscalers!
