Gotta say, I really love Krupa's "scenic route" approach - determining the main goal they're going to next, and then suggesting a path there that'll pick up some missed areas and smaller side bits along the way. There's so much to do and see in this game, and it gives you a nice pacing between side and main content. Plus it'll help Rory stay at a decent power curve - providing he remembers to upgrade! And don't panic about progression on our part - you lads could make watching three hours lost in a side dungeon entertaining. Also bonus shout-out for how much Gav is into the lore of this game; a true Welsh Avenger.

If I recall correctly, the Radagon Soreseal talisman is really good at lower level. The benefits it gives pretty much negates the extra damage you take. Plus the extra points you get in strength and dexterity allows you to use more weapons you normally wouldn’t be able to use. (Way more reliable than using a rune arc)

For sure, the negative is percentage based, so at low levels its only like 10% of 30, so a tiny ammount. Absolutely worth it

Putrid Avatar fights seem so much harder than regular Erdtree Avatar fights because of the rot attack, until you realize it doesn't go out in all directions and only in a fan in front of where they land and then it's suddenly wayyyy easier. Also hopefully they remind Rory at some point to upgrade his spirits that he likes so they don't get one shot going forward. (Nevermind they told him)

Just a little reminder maybe remind Rory about guard counters xD I know its been said but they are excellent. Also you gotta do a little organisation at some point remove all the faith incantations but still rocking the catalyst is just confusing the poor guy 🤣 Hot tip as well, the max markers you can have is 5 so if you want to remove them all off the map just put 5 new ones down right next to each other then clear them and itll remove all of them. There really should be a remove all options though

Caelid was probably my favourite zone of ER. It had everything: Atmosphere, gorgeous scenery (Reminds me a lot of Zdzisław Beksiński) the soundtrack was super unnerving, the ties to the lore/story, some cool boss fights. Not saying other areas of ER didn't have that, but Caelid really was something.
