I had a guy come into my store empty handed. He grabbed a cart and a giant ass printer off the floor on clearance and then wandered around the store and then tried to come up to the front desk and return the printer without a receipt. I checked inventory and saw that it was our printer and told him he needed to have a receipt since I wasnt allowed to accuse him of stealing it. He got scared and left. Loss prevention gave me a $40 bonus on my next check which was nice but only 10% of what I saved. It should have been higher because he was going to return the printer and use the credit to buy other items.

Watching the new VLDL videos with the old ones, it's becoming more and more apparent that Rowan and Ben are in cohoots with each other. Rowan isn't stupid- he just lets Ben get away with things since they both have each other's backs. Rowan didn't pay Ben because Ben stole the graphics card to give to Rowan. It's canon to accept that Ben and Rowan help each other out, such as in the recent Intervention skit and in the "no price tag, then it's free" skit.

That's... battery by physically not allowing someone to call the cops... during a crime, 2-4 years for the theft and up to an extra 3 for the physical tampering with a witness attempting to reach authorities... while perpetrating a crime. The sentence... 4 years with 1 month served and 100 hours community service to commence immediately. Unless the parties agree to restitution of the theft the charges will be lowered to a minor misdemeanor, year in jail time served with one week house arrest and it will go on your criminal record.

This reminds me of when I was a cashier at a hardware store. I watched this lady put two containers of either nails or wood screws in her basket. Keep in mind these are at least $50 per container. She was not dressed like any of the contractors that frequented the store. Also, she didn't appear to carry herself like our non-contractors. I contacted returns and asked if she had come down there. Sure enough, she had attempted to return them. 🙄 🙄
