Yes I've learned early on that I need a good seat I have a rolling tool chest that I use that is linked in the bio it's very affordable and it has saved my back and legs and joints tremendously... Hello Pro...another great video. I need your expert advice...my daughter in law recently purchased a 2009 Ford Focus. The headlight lenses need to be restored so I attempted to do them. There is a super hard clear coating on the lens that I am having difficulty removing. I have used 400 and P500 and barely breaking the surface in most areas. I have drill sanded, hand sanded and wet sanded with the 400"s.( eight so far ) I am ordering, from your site, more aggressive sanding discs. I am not really comfortable using P320 or lower due to my lack of expertise, I have only done 18 restorations so far using your method and never gone below P500. I suppose I am looking for your ideas and encouragements. Thanks again for all of your videos.

I did some today and p320 wasn't doing shit on the clearcoat so I had to do it by hand to get that top layer off first. 2.5 hours. ford focus is on my blacklist now

Just bought some new headlights and was hoping to proactively add some protection by spraying them with a coating. Would you recommend doing this, and if so, would I likely need to wet sand at a high grit to get it to stick to the fresh new plastic?

What is your opinion on putting clear PPF on the headlights at the end to protect them from stone chips. I drive fast and often close to the car in front of me before passing, and I want to prevent stone chips.

It all depends on what vehicle you have far Stone chip issues on headlights if you have a vehicle that has hard headlights that is an issue if you don't it's not a real issue.. Far as ppf I don't agree with ppf because it's not practical.. it overheats the headlight in the long run and it causes permanent damage in a different way also when you remove it whenever that is you're going to need a headlight restoration again because it pulls off the clear coat as over time it adheres and bonds to the surface of the clear coat whether you had a headlight restoration or not.. I do restorations all the time after people pull off the ppf.. also it's not practical for the main reason because it's not setting and forget it unless you know how to do it it's always going to have an issue with peeling bubbling and or water or moisture getting underneath this means you're going to have to deal with it more than likely a couple times a year which means you'll have to take it back to who did it to have them fix it or do it yourself.. and also inhibits life output to a certain degree.. have that restoration is a toilet paper practice of headlights meaning is the most practical you can have a robot come out the wall and wipe your ass for a couple billion but it's not as practical as making toilet paper..💯

Hey HRP, you talk a lot about pressure control. Would you suggest someone starting with your method use the double stuff to avoid applying too much pressure?

Yes 100% yes if somebody is having problem with pressure control like do advise use the double stuff method because it cuts down your pressure and makes you have to apply more pressure to get where you want so it might help to start with that for sure if you're heavy-handed... Just have to make sure they're good working interface pads because if they're old and floppy it could be the opposite effect...

Well you you got to really read what what you just said..... It is like it but it isn't like it because it is like it it's not like it at all...lol it's not it at all.. It is not the same... My battery life is awesome I have to charge it about every 10th car.... (Remember this one's adjustable so you don't have to use full throttle on everything less power)
