16:00 sad that you didn't film how that building looks inside. It isn't complitely abandoned. Out of 341 apartments, 30 are still occupied. Locals call it the Kitaiskaya Stena (Chinese Wall) and it is the scariest apartment building in Vorkuta. People are living in terrible conditions there.

Beware fresh spawns in Vorkuta. Especially when cooking and getting the heat buff in the school gym. However the rooftops of the apartment blocks are good spots to find starter rifles and hunting scopes.

8:00 Well, they did demolish the abandoned houses in Алыкель (Alykel) near Norilsk when Vaga Bond went there last year, so I'm guessing they would think of doing the same in Vorkuta if the climate improves and there's a potential re-population taking place there.

As bad as it seems, life must be worse in Norilsk. At least Vorkuta has fresh air and quietness. Norilsk has factories spewing out tonnes of noxious gases into the surrounds. I wouldn't live in Norilsk if you paid me big money. Vorkuta is depressing when the sun doesn't rise, and when it drops to -30 or lower... but I wouldn't mind it for a week in the summer, providing it was free of petty crime, of course.
