Good morning Melinda...life is like the floating river...sometimes calm, sometimes in a hurry and sometimes there are rocks and you have to find a new path to go on... Have a blessed beginning in Utah and take care...❤

Thats what came to my mind also😊. I love the way you work with your camera, I found myself drawn into the little pool and the rocks behind and only later I paid attention to the whole picture and was amazed by the beauty. There is a plant here in Germany its called Weißdorn, in English Hawthorn, don't know if grows where you live. You use the flowers and the leaves to make tea or tinctures from and lateron in autumn you harvest the berries too. It helps to strenghten the heart. Lots of love from Southern Germany and thank you so much for sharing your wisdom. 💞

But mostly, we are so grateful for all the goods you spread in your words and in your songs. Thank you, you are a beautiful soul.

I love how you started with the gently rippling pool, then eased over to the river rapids, and downstream flow of the river😊 I think getting out of that terrible wildfire smoke is going to make a tremendous difference with your health. Hope you're much improved soon🤗

Thank you for this update, Melinda. I am glad you made it back to your Utah home. Are Festus, Mule and Goose staying at your Wyoming place? Melinda, I thought of you as I watched that water flow around the rocks. To me, that symbolizes how one needs to keep moving around the “rocks” in our path, as you have shown us. 💓💪🏻🙏

It's funny Melinda, you just moved from WY To Utah and my youngest son just moved from WY to Utah, near Park City. He is starting a new job there. My thoughts are with you as you rest. My health has not been the best lately, Aphid issues, so I'm resting a lot too. I look forward to your forthcoming music. You are a gift to the world. Love you too, from Arizona.

114 comments just 20 hours after posting! But here's my little add. I've taken to watching your videos right before I go to sleep at night. 🩷 It's like "getting tucked in." 😊. I was restless as I started watching this one. But thanks to your camera hold on that big rock with the gentle ripples, I got mesmerized! Then the imperceptibly slow shift to the falls behind it was so good! I'm only 54 but battled fatigue for the last 8 years after a head injury (doing a lot better now). I have also heard the oxygen treatment helps with that! Don't worry about posting till you have energy to spare. We have many of your previous videos to carry us over! Love!

Dearest Melinda, you do such a world of good for all of us here, please accept some of that energy in return. I’ll be sure to remember you when I smudge. Exhaustion is real, but you’ve still got so much more to do here on this side. Soak up the energy we’re all sending you, and make sure you’re remembering to eat good food and stay hydrated. I think of you and your hot lemon water every morning with my cuppa. ❤❤❤

I would advise taking some vitamine D3 with K2 suppliments, I am around about your age, and was feeling quite exhausted, but since I have begun taking this 1 capsule per day, I am feeling stronger ( after only 1 month ) and my partner is also taking it, and now his hip is not playing up, and hopefully this is only the beginning of recovery... Looks amazing where you are, beautiful scenery, (I hope you can just replant yourself and take root in your new plot) You alway seem to be up to something or going somewhere, maybe you should think like I have started to, I am like an old vintage car 🚗, I am still a reliable little runner, but have to change gears more delicatly to suit the road, as I can't speed along like I once could 😅 but I still get there eventually...❤ Wishing you well. And thanks for the 5 minutes of joy, sent via your video !!!

Congratulations ❤ My oldest son, number 2 of my 7 children, just had his first baby in April. I love Melinda’s calm demeanor on navigating life’s inevitable ups and downs, so she helps grandmas, too! My son was an absolute pill at age 4-5. Remember how your parents said you’d never live to age 18? Austin wasn’t going to live to age 12. My advice is teach them to live life with love, the importance of compassion, while guarding their fire and recognizing emotional vampires. Get them involved in some activities as they get older but not too much-balance it with family time. I chose to have my kids play street hockey on our own street, then transition to ice hockey in middle school, and it really helped with anger management, dealing with disappointment when you’re done your best and still didn’t get the outcome you wanted, the importance of a schedule, and how family isn’t only who you’re blood related to, if all that makes sense. With Austin, I also had him get certified in web design as a high schooler to keep him out of trouble. That boy who wasn’t going to live to be 12 has stayed out of jail, supported his own self for years, worked as a networking tech in Mexico, a kindergarten teacher in Beijing, stuck with it for 5 years (because of Covid) and got an internationally recognized bachelors degree from Siam Technical College in Bangkok, and now works as an English teacher in Nanjing China teaching adults in the evenings and kids on the weekends. He makes more money than I do with 2 Masters degrees. . . 10 fold blessings, good health, and a long life to you and yours-may you have all good success in raising up the next generation to make our world a better place. ❤ from Seattle

When I see beautiful water, I think of the movie Memoirs of a Geisha. The line in the movie when the “Older Sister Geisha” says something like, “Water rusts iron, it puts out fire, and it cuts through stone”. I can’t remember her exact words. But, water can be gentle and yet so powerful. If only we could learn to be as water.
