Dear Sir/madam, I entered USA on 23 Nov 2022 with my IV category SB1 visa. Should I get a new Green Card as I entered with an SB1 visa? Or Is my existing green card (expiring on 05-21-2027, issued on 05-21-2017) still valid as proof of my permanent resident status? Can I exit and enter USA using my existing green card? Thanks

Hello, my relative remained stuck outside of USA for over one year due to covid. He wants to come back to the USA now that he is fully vaccinated. The embassy in India is closed for SB1 visa. So can he just board the plane and present his case to the CPB upon landing in USA?

@@DavidNachman What happens if someone is not able to come back to US before SB 1 Visa expires. I have been approved, it expires in end of December 2021. The airline ticket prices are too high now because of holidays season. If I come back in January when ticket prices are lower then what happens?

l am 75 years old lady n a Green Card holder. l came to India on12th March, 2021. Due to Covid recession, l stayed back n lm still in India. My GC is expiring on 14.-08.2023. l have been told by Indian Embassy thatmy GC has bcum inactive. What shud l do. When latest can l go ?
