We still help them, I never give money but have and will continue to buy food for them if they don't try and harass me first that is. A few are ex-army veterans that have seen shocking things in Afghanistan or Iraq, leading to post traumatic stress disorder and further psychological problems and addiction problems. I don’t think they are capable of working without sorting out their lives and minds out first. Many of the younger ones are from broken homes and have suffered abuse in their childhood. This is the result of poor parenting and a broken society. It's not on, dumping rubbish anywhere but in a local dump is one of the lowest things you can do to a neighbour, good on the people dumping it back. I have watched people move into the area I live that used to be a clean area, no rubbish on corners or dumped on the pavement like it is now. It's people we have helped out claiming benefits while offering rubbish clearance cheap, because they will only wait until dark and dump it somewhere usually green and rural! I am sick to death of people coming here and treating us like idiots who smile while being shown no respect whatsoever, in my case Asians are not the problem, it's people who drive around in vans offering clearances. Do the country a favour and don't hire them because without us they have no business and I have even had a guy laugh about how easy it is to mis-use the system to the tune of hundreds a week, and he was a lowlife. Not everyone who comes to this country is out to defraud us, but unfortunately people like this do the image no good! It's a shame because most people were extremely tolerant in this country but are mostly called racist by default these days, what a payback for a new life of opportunity given with our taxes. English people sadly might end up losing their sense of tolerance, then I worry for the country. Why can't people just bother to learn our customs for neighbourly relations, rather than see us as idiots here to improve their lives while they give NOTHING in return.

I did this a while back.I kept finding a black bin liner bag full of rubbish at the back of my house.It was obvious they just didnt want to pay for refuse collection.But id search through every bag to find something with an address on it.Id keep each bag of rubbish.Then one day i got the jackpot.They got lazy and threw in many bottles of tablets from a chemist with their name and address on.I put the six bags in the boot of my car and drove to the house.One by one i emptied the bags right on their doorstep,then rang the bell.A Nigerian woman answered and i said "You havent paid your bill for collection so it has to be returned"..She shouted at me in her Native language and waved her arms a lot.Oddly enough the dumped bags ceased after that.

Seemed like the older lady who answered the door had no idea. Whoever it was that threw it should have spoken up. They are responsible. Older lady seemed surprised but due to language could not convey herself and motioned to somebody else. The one who threw it needs to apologise.
