These look great! I love wonton wrappers. I used them to wrap around cheese to make mozzarella sticks or stuff them with cream cheese and jalapenos.

You could use the smaller egg roll wrappers and do them bite sized for party appetizers these are getting made for dinner soon! Served with oven fries.....great dinner idea!

I don't "like" Reubens, I could marry a Reuben if I could get it to last long enough without eating it. This is brilliant, Diana, and I must make a batch. A very large batch... Hmmm... I have wraps, I have kraut, I have 1000 Island, and I have a corned beef in the freezer that I've been needing an excuse to bake. I now have an excuse!
