Sauces are made from vegetable stock such as tomatoes, etc. Gravy’s are made using meat/poultry stock such as Chicken, Turkey or Beef…. PERIOD!! There is no debate! You don’t have to be Italian to know the difference, one just needs to have common sense and know the history of the two items.

I’m Spaniard and Puerto Rican. I can’t eat sofrito if it has cilantro. It’s tastes like soap to me.

Love Her ❤️ I Grew up to this in Bensonhurst Brooklyn. My Grandparents did it live until there early 90's especially Grandfather's Built like Bulls because they ate shit. Smoked Cigs to everything was home cooked! Bingo! Plus it's a era I would love to have back again. I also always think back. Love Ya Kiddo 😘

I like your version of flan, but I make mine a little different, I strain my flan before putting it in the flanera and bake it for at 340° for 1 hour and it is perfect every time.😋
