Good that you enjoy the place, I got to the point that I almost cant eat anything in Marbella besode maybe salads if it's not prepared by myself. Greasy meats, chickens in marinates containing sugar, multiple yolks in egg dishes. Sure you can customize, but during rhe season like now they are busy and not always willing to adjust ingolridients for one guest. I guess it's a curse of a tourist destination.
