I feel like megumi and kugisaki's reactions to yuuji returning is much more realistic than other animes. Cause they did think he was dead. They mourned for him and cried for him. In their eyes, now he's just back and he didn't tell them anything. its more understandable than other anime reunions. still would have been dope for him to drop in during a fight or some shit like the sasuke chunin exams.

I feel like the officials of the Kyoto team would lodge a complaint if Yuji would just barge "in during a fight" since he was not introduced in the presentation of competitors at the start of the goodwill games. He'd more or less be seen as an interruption by the Tokyo branch and could lead to the default win by the Kyoto team.

Megumi and Kugisaki are also not very touchy feely people. They wouldn't be hugging or cheering, especially in such a shocking moment. They also aren't that comfortable with each other yet since they've only known Yuuji for about a month.

Mappa really is doing the source material justice. Between this and AOT they are solidified goats in the anime industry rn. Dead ass the first five episodes made me binge the manga and seeing it unfold with such care in the anime is great. This episode was fun to watch and literally had no action. It’s only 4 chapters, it’s canon, it’s phenomenal, and it shows his relationship with the second years (especially Maki) so there’s no reason not to read it. Because of his popularity the author decided to make a sequel that we know as Jujutsu Kaisen. He’s a beast.

He doesn't say no, but I think he's against it. He cuts the conversation short, does give them that reason but then threatens to kill them if they try to order him again. Then they discuss how someone has to go with Todo, implying he won't be giving him a killing blow. I assumed he's some kind of fighting afficcionado, like Goku. Also, I haven't really read the manga but I'm assuming Todo will like Itadori's taste in women, since he's already expressed his love for Jennifer Lawrence.

Just rewatching the ending2 and for those people who thinks their reunion is not what you expected, their faces on the last scene of the ending is soo beautiful, looking at Yuuji with a precious smile like they’re saying “I’m really glad that you’re alive” and same as to Yuuji that he wants to appreciate and treasure more of his friends because of what happened to Junpei

I was pretty shocked to realize it was Matsuoka Yoshitsugu. I can normally recognize his voice when I hear it but maybe the robot distortion threw me off. He voices a TON of well-known characters, like Kirito from SOA, Bell Cranel from Is it Wrong to Pick Up Girls in a Dungeon, and Yukihira Soma from Food Wars. The Harem King, as another commenter referred to him.

YAY!!! I was looking forward to this! Anyway, Maki and Mai are both Zen’ins, which is one of the high jujutsu families alongside Kamo. Fushiguro has Zen’in blood in him, making him a relative or cousin to Maki and Mai. Fun facts on the voices: Toudou has the same VA as Tendou, Kamo (blind-looking guy) has the same VA as Daichi and Rengoku, Mechamaru has the same VA as Kirito and Inosuke, Nanami has the same VA as Overhaul, Sukuna’s is Aomine and Aizawa, Getou is Tsukki’s older brother and Giyuu, Mahito is Suna, Inumaki is Tsukki and Shigaraki, and Gojo’s is Kuroo and Hawks. Also, I’m pretty sure Tsumiki, Fushiguro’s big sis, is Shinobu. Those are from the animes I’m sure you’ve watched. Sooo, yes. You’re in for ride with this arc, my boy!!!!
