Your fuel leak is probably one of the hoses under the left side of the intake beneath the turbo intake tube. Common for them to shrink in the cold and crack overtime. It’s about a 4 inch long piece of hose between hardlines if I am remembering correctly. Can actually be really dangerous as it will pool up on the top left of the block in front of the turbo.

Try cleaning the MAF sensor with brake cleaner, had the same problem with my 02 wrx breaking up tried new plugs and new coil packs ended up just being a dirty MAF sensor. Subaru engines are real finicky but when they work they're fun asf. Please don't destroy these subies, they are especially fun as winter beaters they grow on you, you'll love em.
