Revamp Your Ride: Installing & Testing Magnaflow's Latest Overland Series Exhaust

On today's video, I am swapping out my Magnaflow Performance Series Dual Exhaust with the Magnaflow Overland Series Exhaust. The Overland Series exhaust is one of Magnaflow's newest products and features unique technology that allows you to adjust the sound of the exhaust.
In this video, I'll show you the steps I took to install it, how it works, and compare the different sound options. I'll also compare it to the dual exhaust that I previously had on the Jeep. This exhaust is definitely one of a kind and worth checking out.

I have the same MF Overland on my 2020 JLU 2.0L. Totally agree with your detailed review. I chose to the leave the full resonator on like you have in your final review. Also, I am sure it flows way better than stock, due to a big increase in highway gas mileage. Also, the turbo whistle is more noticeable in mid to full throttle now, which I like.

I have been looking at the Varex Xforce. It has an adjustable motorized baffle. Can be adjusted on the fly without changing caps or tubes

Yeah I saw that one too, but didn't like that it was chrome dual tips.

Just to be clear, it was the new bumper that caused you to "customize" the exhaust hangers to hang the old system lower, correct? Was clearance a concern before you did this? I really like the dual 19388 system and it was your video of it that clinched me ordering it back in March '22. I like (read: prefer) the sound of the dual and the look of the two tips, at least with the stock metal bumper. Either way, Magnaflow is good stuff. Cheers.

Yeah the new bumper forced me to have to make the exhaust hang long. The dual exhaust worked fine with my stock and Rugged Ridge bumper.

Which one loader? The old one or the new one?

They are about the same, the difference the new exhaust has different tones that make it seem like it is loud but really it is just a result of the tone change but the volume is pretty much the same.

Exhaust is nice looking but sounds like shit ! I have the Flowmaster outlaw and it sounds way better than that high clearance one. You could have just took off the Flowmaster and right at the axle back a slip on tip and angle it down, it will give you the most clearance you will get from any exhaust and still sounds really good too

Honestly it sounds great in person, maybe the video doesn't come through that great. Which usually is the cause.
