Amma please mention 180 gm semiya instead of 1 packet. Also if you mention how many cups and this will serve how many persons, it will be helpful to cook for a single person. You are doing a great service. Thank you amma.

அம்மா இது ஒரு ருசியாக இருக்கு எங்களுடைய அம்மா சமைக்கும் பக்குவம் இருக்கிறது. போன தடவை கேரளா மோர் குழம்பு நீங்கள் செய்தது போல செய்து பார்த்தேன். அருமையாக இருந்தது. என்னுடைய மனைவி அருமையாக இருக்கு என்றாள். என்னுடைய மனைவி வேலைக்கு செல்வதால் நான் retire ஆகி வீட்டில் உள்ளதால், உங்களுடைய சமையல் செய்வதை பார்த்து செய்கிறேன். அந்த பெப்பர் வாழைக்காய் செய்து பார்த்தோம் அருமையாக வந்தது. இதையும் சில பேரிடம் சொன்னேன். மேலும் என்னுடைய இளைய மகன் வெளி நாட்டில் இருக்கிறான் அவனுக்கும் சில செய்முறையும் அனுப்பி vaithen.

mam gud morng. i use to do like this way. first slightly fry the vermicelli with litl ghee. then add oil add chopd onions green chilli ginger garlic paste litl coriander leaves chopd tomatoes till it gets mashy. then add red chili pwdr, very litl coriander pwdr, garam masala pwdr, and coconut paste. add water and salt. lastly add fryd semiya. it will be of different taste. pls try it. thank u.

Which oil is best for deep frying ( like murukku n thenkuzal)We use fortune for murukku.oil rumba ponki nurai ya mela varudu.adanal fry anadu theriya villai.
