mam gud morng. i use to do like this way. first slightly fry the vermicelli with litl ghee. then add oil add chopd onions green chilli ginger garlic paste litl coriander leaves chopd tomatoes till it gets mashy. then add red chili pwdr, very litl coriander pwdr, garam masala pwdr, and coconut paste. add water and salt. lastly add fryd semiya. it will be of different taste. pls try it. thank u.

Which oil is best for deep frying ( like murukku n thenkuzal)We use fortune for murukku.oil rumba ponki nurai ya mela varudu.adanal fry anadu theriya villai.
