Hello Dr Snyder, It's super cool to hear about method acting ! I saw it in the Book deep Trance identification ! You talked about involving the body in another video... And it really resonate. I always had trouble (or I though) going into a trance. So i tried to immerse myself more and moving my body felt right. I could not understand why, I did not "feel" the emotion but my body reacted as if ! Thanks a lot for sharing all that stuff with a concise and fun style
