@PraveenSingampalli Hello Praveen, I hope you’re doing well. I have a concern regarding the PF details recorded in my EPFO account and how it might affect my profile in the future. I joined my first company in January 2020, but since the company had only 15 employees at the time, a PF account was not created. After two years, in February 2022, they created a PF account for me, and I continued working there until July 2022. However, my EPFO service history shows the Date of Joining (EPF DOJ) as 11-02-2022 and Date of Exit (EPF DOE) as 30-06-2022, which differs from my actual employment dates of January 2020 to July 2022. I discussed this with the HR team, and they clarified that the employment DOJ and DOE can differ from the PF DOJ and DOE. Could this discrepancy affect my profile during background verification or future job changes? I’d appreciate your confirmation and advice on how to handle this. @@janamanu3437 to be very honest now all the companies are checking the EPFO as part of BGV , if the company is still existing you can take an affidavit stating the same on the company letter head
