Our son is low functioning aut!st1c and will always live with us. he is 20 so we want to give him a little independence and hope to start building hiim his own tiny home later this year. It will eventually be connected to our future home via a breezeway or long private hallway but he will definitely have a lot of privacy so your builds have been really interesting and looking forward to watching this new one.

Have the homeowner pull the permits, then you can do it haha. On a small home it's easy other than the main electrical panel

It's definitely something to be aware of but I've refined my business and cut operating costs where I can so I have pricing power if need be. So far year over year revenue is up!

@@devonloerop nah i agree with him, youre turning into a sellout man. every video is sponsored and the segment is 2-3 minutes long each time. thats not even mentioning the shilling of channel memberships, your airbnbs, your plans, affiliate links, etc. Views are down for you because sponsored content isn't what viewers want to see. change.

@@drxgan yet views over the last month are up drastically 🤔 plus you're getting these videos for free. Plus the more funds I'm able to generate means the sooner and more epic my projects I film for yall will be. Also, If there's a cool product that I truly believe works I will continue to highlight them as channel sponsors. Authenticity and building cool experiential homes is the name of my game, you're more than welcome to take your eyeballs elsewhere.
