Revealing the Challenge: Student Pilot Power Off Stalls

Practicing a Power Off Stall! As hard as I try instead of just relaxing I have a tendency to "help" the aircraft nose. I know I shouldn't but overcoming my initial reaction to push on the yoke has been a challenge.
