I think there is a high probability we will see much more of her once she finds her feet. Its clear that Gary and his jewellery partner are from a different generation and culture. As such, they are most likely uncomfortable with cameras and candid nature of the show. Given jewellery makes up a significant part of the LB's business it stands to reason Natalie will play a more prominent role going forward to showcase what that side of the business has to offer.

I agree with Adrian about Marco and Alex but at the same time they come to Marco so him being the knowledgeable one should always ask them specifics just to make sure of whst they want. But even Marco said to the camera the watch he confused, is a "Reverse" Panda, not a "PANDA" so that's definitely more on him than Alex but they should both be specific and verify what they meant. If it was a customer's asking either of them for a Panda, I'd hope they would ask specifics to make sure they got the right one so same thing applies when talking to each other ❤️🧡💛 🙂

I dont agree spoiling the customer but he made the call. As long both sides are good. Its ok. I love great customer service. But as a salesman in the past, some customers are diva. We try to compromise to achieve the best service and reduced cost. Not an easy task in sales and operations

It’s what happens no matter what protocols you put in place. Things happen no matter how you want business to and should run “smooth.” In the real world it just doesn’t happen.Generally people are understanding when things go awry, it’s some type of individuals who make my time and patience no matter I try to be professional they feel otherwise🤷🏻‍♀️ And you want to protect your employees and not them take the brunt of a client.
