Since Anna sold the first AP properly, and then found the second AP in a "box" (which probably was written off of LB's books years ago, Anna should get paid 100% commission on the watch she found! The watch gods were looking out for LB!

Sure written off but as a loss to the business ultimately ... Probably got reimbursed partially via their biz insurance policy but the difference would've been absorbed by the business. I do agree that she should definitely be looked out for as she recovered it. I think more importantly than recovering their loss + any insurance reimbursement at the time ... Is that Anna proves herself beyond a shadow of a doubt shes riding out with LB ... Many others without such a strong moral compass would have thought thru the fact this was already written off and.nobodys looking for it, slipping it in their pocket would likely go unnoticed in that scenario... Takes ppl with an increasingly rare backbone these days to do the right thing knowing they prob won't be caught and could come up decent chunk

I think for the jewelry business you need to market the people looking for starter jewelry like cheaper gold rope chains or cuban chains. then that motivates the smaller buyer to work towards a bigger buy and they already done business with you so they trust you
