Amazingly summerised. It is also important to mention and discuss synthons and how the difference in pKa value of the two functional group taking part in the formation of synthons and therefore cocrystal, dictates no to partial to complete transfer of hydrogen (proton) which subsequently gives us either neutral to ionic cocrystals or salt, respectively. Salt formation and cocrystals formation is a continuous gradient.

Thanks for your kind words :) In general, I think polymeric formulations for BCS class 2 drugs are a good option - I am not a fan of cyclodextrins, so if a drug has poor solubility I think amorphous formulation, salts or polymers are the way forward.
