Hi thanks for your video. Why cant they be covered on the back of their head? I thought it would be better to prevent from hurting their neck when im gonna be walking or doing chores for example

As I explain in the video the neck gets an equal amount of support when being supported from behind the neck as from holding the head... The difference in choosing to support the neck not the head is that a) it is more comfortable for baby and b) quite alot safer.
