Manually tune it, because when you buy a new guitar, esp a cheap guitar the tune is often too far off, so you have to tune up each string after selecting it on the app manually

If you really wanna learn guitar and don't have that much budget so I would say you can consider this one, I've been using this for like 7months and I've learned so much with this guitar obviously there are some downsides like High action, no truss rod, cheap wood but although it's a cheap guitar it is quite good for learning purposes and if you're planning to upgrade the guitar after 1year or something

To be honest, These guitars doesn't last that long because it doesn't have a truss rod that's why it'll get bend eventually. But I've been using this one for 7months or something and changed the strings recently and it's performing alright.
