Hi Ian, the He III is coming together very nicely, first the underside then the upper surfaces, looking forward to the next update soon, bedt regards from a Kiwi living in Australia, Les

Looking really good. I've always wanted to do a HE111 where they painted the underside in black and the color went up the sides of the fuselage and tail. Pretty mean looking. The paint flaking off the underside would be pretty cool with the black peeling and the blue showing thru.

Many thanks😁👍 I can see the appeal of this scheme, a perfect opportunity for heavy weathering😁👍👍

Thanx much for the detailed video. The He-111 is really looking nice. What brand of clear acrylic model stand are you using?

Many thanks, the jig is from a company called Virtigo miniatures, I got mine slot of years ago from a uk supplier but I think you can order direct, here’s the link; www.vertigominiatures.com/shop/jigs-en/jets-7248/

Coming together nicely. I'm wondering what tools you use for scribing panel lines.

For scribing I mainly use the Tamiya scribes and the Trumpeter scribes with a set of photo etch flexible scribing templates, these can be found in any good model shop or online👍

Hi, that’s looking really good. May I ask the name of the jig you are using? Thanks

Curiosity begs, where are you going to display or store your 1/32 Heinkel when it's done? Or is it a commission? I love the scale, and given my build rate and encouragement of presbyopia am increasingly choosing to build aircraft in that scale myself, but so far WW II single engine types only. Even in 1/48, I find finding secure storage or display space a challenge for twin types. e.g. Tamiya's Mitsubishi G4M1 or He 219A-7.

I’m still considering where I’m going to display this build, it’s not a commission so will have to find somewhere, possibly my office at work as I have space to spare. I really enjoy 32nd scale as well as 48, I do have the He219 in both scales so might be a build to consider fir early next year if there’s enough interest in seeing the Revell 32nd 219 being built. Thanks for your comment😁👍

@KitchenTableModeller Zoukei's He 219 in 1/32 will have imposing presence! I'm seriously considering outlaying the $$$ on their drop dead gorgeous Ki 45 Toryu to build either end of next year or 2026 should I live so long.

The Zoukei-Mura ki45 would be a beautiful model to build, in all honesty I’ve never had the chance to get a close look at any of their kits, something I must address in the new year I think😁👍
