I painted my AMT 68 Shelby, that color but used Testors Extreme Lacquer paint. I liked 2 of your ideas. I like the clay/putty on the stick to hold items until they are put on. I really like your idea for the rear tail lights. It turned out really nice.

Wow, that thumbnail looks like a 1:1 scale. I like the color. Great work! Unfortunately, I only added to the stash in 2024. 😞 I have a few in progress including a 67 Shelby Mustang, a Shelby Cobra and a P51 Mustang fighter. Awesome build Ed. My last build for 2024 was a Mustang, too. I took the 64 1/2 Mustang and turned it into a 66 Shelby. Easy peezy build with a little kitbashing from the 66 Shelby GT350 kit. Happy New Year👍🏿

Ed, I really enjoyed this longer video. I think you may be on to something here. My last build was the Tamiya Tom’s Castro car. I only got seven “completed “ this year and four “finish” another day builds. Next year I’m sticking to Tamiya and Aoshima kits. Happy New Year my friend !

Yes. I think the fault is Revell's not his. The engine bay is black, too, but it's his model. Great color and finish. Have you seen the insane detailing at A4 Garage? He built a '66 2+2 and scratch built a working throttle linkage, just to name one mod.
