Thanks, old cheese. As a WW2, 1/72 scale modeler I notice that neither Italeri nor Revell have much new to excite, but I am just grateful for what comes my way. Zvezda have some good stuff coming and there is always the terrifying stash to burrow into. As Jethro Tull wrote, 'Life is a long road...' Happy modeling!

Revell have got a lot of tempting kits in this year's range. I wish the Mercedes-Benz 300SLR Uhlenhaut Coupé didn't only come as a gift set and I sort of wish that it was the actual racing model with options for Mille Miglia and other race schemes (although probably not the Le Mans cars). Maybe that will be next year? The re-issues of the old Matchbox car kits are also very appealing, I built the SSK back in the day but didn't do a very good job of it.

The interesting part for me was that Revell are reintroducing some kits from the old Matchbox range. Hoping they do the same with some of the ex-Matchbox Aircraft range! Thanks for the video Gary 😂

How about some completely new 1/32 scale cars instead of recycled ones from 20 years ago? How about some new cars with the body/chassis interface designed to fit a a readily available complete running chassis for a slot car? Also, any chance of bringing back the Revell-Monogram 1/32 scale slot cars - the Greenwood Corvette, the Shelby GT350, and the Corvette Grand Sport, but with new, rear-motor sidewinder chassis and a new interior to fit the revised layout?
