Glad I ran into this vid since almost every lancer vid I’ve seen for bumper cover removal only involved the CJ platform (2008-2015) and not CF (2016-2017), which while similar, aren’t exactly one to one.

Informative! Does the same principle work for the Outlander from 2008 to 2012? I can see a hook-like clip under the headlight that popped out, which I want to fix. The Lancer does not seem to have such hooks.

Yes you do it’s hard to take it off without the bumper off

Is there another way to remove crash brace? Looks like yours was cut and I’m having a hard time with mine, doing a bumper replacement

Are you referring to the bumper reinforcement that is bent? You remove that by taking of the bolts. We used a pipe for more leverage. Let me know if this helps or if you are meaning something else. Thank you for watching!

Hi, I'm trying to find the bolts that are removed at 7:07 in the video and just can't seem to find them. Is there any way you could help me find them to buy somewhere?

You can always go to the dealership, they have it all. You can also try and buy them at a hardware store. I am not sure about the size but if you have a bolt that fits, you can just match the size/length. But, the dealership is your best bet. Thank you for watching!

Please check the Lancer forums but I believe so. The fender & hood show to be from 08-17. I think the fog lights and hood might be different. Double check the forums and thank you for watching!

2014 bumper will fit a 2016. I'm not sure about the gt and ralliart parts but as long as it's not Evo parts it will probably fit.
