Esse ator Gao ele tem que atuar papéis como vilão, já assisti suas atuações mas seu rosto é frio, enigmático e não aprecio como galã, não há química entre atrizes jovens, como nesse drama. There is a director’s footnote where he comes back after a number of years. She became an accomplished pianist, I believe. But yes, the drama ended poorly.

What exactly is their relationship, have watched a few of these shorten episode, feel as though he's more of a father figure to her, she helped him in the beginning and he soon realised she wasn't in a good place so took her under his wing, like an adopted daughter. She seems to be very young, maybe 15 at the most while, l think it was said somewhere, he is a man in his thirties, but in vampire years he's 100 or more, years old. Though he cares alot for her l don't feel that there's a romance happening there.
