Your drumming on Nobody Knows Anything always blows my mind. Intense song to begin with but there are two drum "breaks" in there where you just go bonkers and it's totally amazing. Definitely one of my favorite Anthrax tunes.

Great thing about Charlie I think is that he's not just a thrash drummer. He can do it all. He's to drums what Alex Skolnick is to guitar. Imagine those two collaborating.

The Reverb host doesn’t seem to really appreciate Charlie’s legendary contributions to the genre. At earliest, he was the first to introduce the ‘click’ to the modern metal bass drum.

Personally I don't like stick tricks I really prefer that the drummer perform drums and I'll go to a circus and watch a clown juggle. I'm actually really happy that they just a very basic stick tricks. Don't get me wrong I have seen some incredible drummers do some very impressive stick tricks but personally I just never had any interest. Cool video

And many great drumline players aren't or weren't crap on a kit and couldn't play a DBL bass line to save their souls. Eric Carr (not Kiss EC) is a master at DL. ...not so much on a kit. Different disciplines are... ...different.

@@TheCharlieBenante Good comeback! I really enjoyed this video, especially The Crunge. That song gets slagged a lot. It's totally underappreciated. You're a great drummer, one of my favourites, right up there with Mike Bordin and Igor Cavalera.
