The babies head was too big is not scientific for a woman's natural ability to give birth. Did they mean the baby was in a bad position? That would actually make sense but killing the babe still makes zero sense 😅 The whole point is to save both lives, chances are the baby will suffocate and then it just means a stillbirth.
