Prioritize Lucy. Windsong is good but you can't really max her potential in regular content. She's more of long run character

At this point they could just remove regulus form the game, she's hard to play and weaker than newer 6* already and if that wasn't enough they buffed Charlie and make regulus have 0 usage now. Kinda sad since she's my first 6* and first I3
