Why isn't XC factored in to hands that give RIO? Or for that matter any card in a given hand that better serves an opponent's range? Thanks!

Watching johnathan little- when someone bets ahead of him, he talks about how to make pot sized bets (preflop). I would assume that meant the [bet(s)+blinds] but he explains it as ( 3 * last raise + [blinds&previous bets])... why is this? Anyone?

A DimeShort I feel like he spoke wrong or you heard wrong. The blinds+previous bets (and antes) is by definition the size of the pot, so a pot sized bet is exactly that total. That makes two of us who have no idea how he got three times anything there.
