Reverse Joycon Strap locked solution

REMEMBER TO KEEP THE WHITE LOCK THING ON THE STRAP ON THE UNLOCKED POSITION
Here's how I removed it without forcing it out. You can probably use something other than a small fork, like a small flat screwdriver, just press 1/2 of those black lock-in thingies and it should come out easy.
