Big Green Egg Ribeye Steak Time!!! Who doesnt love a good steak? I wanted to show how I reverse sear a thick cut Ribeye steak on the Big Green Egg. Doing it this way lets you add a little smoke to the steak and it really goes well with Ribeye. The Big Green Egg does a wonderful job of allowing you a reverse sear method.
Make sure you get a Thick cut steak. Letting the steak sit uncovered in the fridge for a day also brings out great beef flavor and helps create a nice sear.
