PREP:
1) Season your ribeye on all sides.
2) Smoke indirect at 225-250 degrees until your ribeye reaches an internal temperature of 125-130 ( medium rare ) or however you like your meat.
3) Sear for 2-3 minutes over direct heat for that final nice crust.
4) Top with butter and let rest for 10-15 minutes .
5) ENJOY.
