Review! 2023 KLX300 Dual Sport 3387 Miles

This was an upgrade from the 2022 KLX230 that I rode for 6 months, needed more POWER! Picked up the 2023 KLX300 Camo in December 2022 and started riding through the winter into the spring on and off-road. Met Carl, a cool dude who got me into going more off-road, we went to the national forest and some ORV parks where he taught me to ride hard. I owe the best year of riding in my life to him. Go Carl! Anyway, this bike had to keep up with the KTM, Husabergs and others... Can't say I did it well, but this bike did. It took a beating and kept on (you know the Timex line) kept on.... Thanks to my ThumperTalk KLX Family and to Carl for making me keep striving for more!

I couldn’t agree more. Mine gets beat up too haha. That’s one of the reasons I bought it, not worried about dents and scratches. Bike looks sharp, love the mods.

Looks very similar to mine! 2022 with about 3500 miles. And yeah, my only real complaint is the suspension performance at high speed off-road. Otherwise, it's an absolute gem of a bike. So much fun. I never did upgrade the tank tho, do you have a link to that Ebay special?

Sorry, I missed your question, cheapies on eBay. I've broken the first set and have the 2nd set on now. Noticed the left side is cracked already. The plastic is too brittle. I may try to make my own out of a more pliable ABS plastic.
