Bottle 0 can be used for newborn to 3 months. Size 0 has 2 ounce. But if Ur baby drinks more milk than U can buy size 1 with 4 ounces

Do we need to change the teat according to the age of baby?

No. The teat will break by itself after 6-8 months. Then U can buy new bottle because the teat cant be bought alone. Bottle is included.
