don't think the battery is replaceable. It is said to last 30 months (2..5 years)

My Ace card only lasted a week before it stopped working. Support was horrible. They just kept having me reset and reconnect, and it would lose sync again a day or so later. After six weeks of trying to debug it, Ace told me I was not eligible for a refund because “claims need to be made within 30 days.” All the trackers I bought at Costco work perfectly. This Ace card doesn’t work well at all. Save your money!
