The main part of the video i wanted to see was the size screws that you placed at the back of the monitor and that was the thing you skipped out

Did your pole have threads inside to screw into? I just got mine and the pole is completely empty in the center. There isn’t anything to screw the clamp into.

I would not use it in glass. The monitors weight will snap the glass

I have mine set up but the ends that the monitor sits on don’t bend in or out I tried to use Alan wrench to try to loosen it won’t budge

If you cannot loosen it by hand try using a Impact Driver and use Hex Screw Driver Bit. I had one in the past that I had to that because it was to tight.

It works.. but when I tried to adjust it my the pole just slid down and smashed my two monitors on my desk 😶… idk if I trust it anymore it seems to slip off easily towards the desk

It could be and it was label with a different name. All of this comes from China so it be the same manufacturer with a different brand name on the box.

the instructions for this to me was just trash, it just had a piece of paper with all the things on it but no real guide to set it up. i feel like they should put more time into the instructions, as like write a description & pictures, instead of just pictures
