Thanks for the video Yasmine! Good job ignoring the trouble makers. Btw, if you want to use hot or warm water, you don’t have to switch the hose to the hot water on the back of the machine. Just choose cold water on the machine- that way it will fill normally- the amount you want (small, med or large load) and adjust the temperature on your faucet. I’ve been in the market for a while and have been really looking into them before I purchase. I hope that little tip saves you a minute. With 2 little boys and 1 big boy ( the hubs 😉) you’ve already got your hands full.

I highly recommend getting a dryer. We bought a package from offerup over a year ago (guy was selling a smaller washer with the magic chef dryer for $200 altogether). The dryer was practically brand new and it was the best damn investment. A month ago, we upgraded the washer to this one and kept the dryer! Get it used, but GENTLY to save money. Get it new for the warranty. I'm willing to bet the fires started by people who did not properly set up the dryer right or dried items they weren't supposed to.

Hello and thank you for your review, I really enjoyed it! To use the hot water do you use the same hose and just turn the hot water knob on instead of the cold knob, then choose the hot or warm button on the washer?

Thanks so much! Yes I uses the same hose. In the back of the machine there are two places to attach the hose 1 says hot the other says cold. You must attach it to the one that says hot, turn on the hot water on the faucet and then press the hot setting on washing machine. If you connect it to the cold one and turn on the hot water on the faucet and then press hot wash, it won't work. So be sure to connect the hose accordingly. Thanks for watching 😊

Dryer fires could be possibly from maxing out the wattage..most apts about 1500w..add in being on a circuit with even one lightbulb on, this could minimally blow a fuse. When I get my washer and dryer, am only running one unit at a time. And being cautious with the dryer running on it's circuit, like a hair dryer...nothing else electric gets turned on!

You're welcome 😊 I know the manual said to use powdered detergent so I try to follow the directions. I usually put the powdered detergent in the compartment on the left and if I am washing whites I put powdered bleach in the compartment on the right.

Hi! Yes I leave the water on until the load is done completely done. It is only receiving water from the faucet when it needs it, depending on if you have it on a regular wash cycle or like a extra rinse cycle. But don't forget to turn the water off before you detach the hose from the faucet or water will get everywhere, I know it might seem obvious to do so but I made that mistake when I first used it LOL. Absolutely! Also, as a tip, I cut a piece of pantyhose and wrap it at the end of the hose and secure it with a rubberband to catch any lint so that it doesn't go down the bath drain 😉

To apply the control lock simultaneously press the temperature and program button, when the control button is activated no buttons will function except for the power button, press the temperature and program button at the same time to deactivate! Hope this helps 😊
