Good stuff. I have been thinking about getting one of these for my garage/“home gym”. Looks like a useful machine. Thank you.

@@dadofsevendoesitall9341 What is the maintenance like? Ever thought about changing out the pulleys? It looked like the front upright was bowing a little bit on your first set of rows. Any weight concerns? How is it for lighter weight movements? Sorry for all of the questions. Thank you for the review and taking time to answer my questions.
@dadofsevendoesitall93412 жыл бұрын
@@gvwolf3 Thanks for the questions! When I row on it, it is definitely at or close to the machine's capacity. I thought about that this morning when I did prone rows and I dropped the carriage one notch so there would be less pressure on the upright. I haven't looked into changing out the pulleys...yet, but it is on the radar. I do spray the upright that the weight is on with some WD-40 to make it a little smoother but it isn't on ball bearings so there is a little friction. Lighter weight movements are great especially for shoulders: upright rows, crucifix lateral, neck work. I'll get a video for those as well. Thanks for watching!
@gvwolf32 жыл бұрын
@@dadofsevendoesitall9341 That is helpful! Thank you! I was concerned that there would be too much friction for lower weight movements but sounds like it is smooth enough. Thanks!

Great idea using the bench! Now I don’t have to get Titian seated row machine.
@dadofsevendoesitall93412 жыл бұрын
I wouldn’t! Plus if you have longer arms you can place a 2x4 between the bench and machine and have plenty range of motion. Thanks for watching!

I have been doing a FULL BODY workout on this for almost a year (Dec)…. If you sit on the floor.. lat pulldowns are easy (I’m 6’4) forward & reverse style.. for the price.. functionality.. and creatively implemented exorcises that can be done…. $ very much well spent.

Thanks for a great review! Like most garage gym owners, I'm limited for space. I have a heating duct running alongside the stud where I would mount this unit. So, no clearance issues for the 25" required at the base but I'm very limited for space at the top of the unit. The very top of the unit looks to be shaped a bit like a "T". How wide is that at the widest point?
@dadofsevendoesitall9341 Жыл бұрын
It’s only about 9-10 inches wide at the top. Less than half as wide as the base. Thanks for watching!
@jimfy3357 Жыл бұрын
@@dadofsevendoesitall9341 Huge ask! Any way you can measure it exactly. I reached out to Titan and no response. If it's 9", I can do it. If it's 10", probably not. Where I'd need to put it, the space is that tight. Thanks!

Why does the pulley sound when you do a Pull-Up?
@dadofsevendoesitall93414 ай бұрын
I believe the sound you’re referring to is actually the carriage sliding up the silver beam. There’s no bearing or anything so it does drag a little.
