Asiana's A380 is really pleasant and nice! Flown them several times to Frankfurt, Tokyo, and LA. Sad to hear they will be retiring them in 3 years!

Awesome trip report. I think Asiana Airlines have the better A380s out there. The cabin was quite new, it's just IFE isn't good, which is also the case of Korean Air. I hope to try Asiana Airlines, especially their A380 before their merger

Nice video. I flew only twice with an A380. In 2014 with Singapore Airlines for CDG-Changi route. And with Korean Air en 2016 for CDG Incheon route. Hope to fly again with A380 in the futur.

A380 from DFW, Texas to Sydney, Australia in 2018. I had first seat in Economy by the door. Not a bad spot!

I never flew Asiana's A380, but I have flown Korean Air's A380 multiple times a few years back before the pandemic from Seoul-Incheon to New York-JFK and vice versa. I flew frequently to visit family until COVID. Both Korean Air and Asiana stored their A380s and Korean Air replaced the A380s with 777s on that route, until last year when they reactivated a handful. I'm flying to Korea again this year after a long time without visiting and I'm gonna make my way to LAX from my home in Seattle to Los Angeles and then fly Asiana's A380 from LAX-Incheon and Korean Air's A380 back home from Incheon-JFK and take a domestic flight back home to Seattle. Since Asiana is merging with Korean Air soon I thought it would be a perfect time to fly them one last time before they disappear from existence. (I flew Asiana's other aircrafts before)

yes a380 is one of the great jetliner for long haul flight, I flew Emirate(JFK-milan), Qantas (LAX-SYD), Airfrance (CDG-JFK), so far EK is the best by landslide margin, sadly QF was my least favour overall. I am looking forward to my next A380 adventure with Singapore Airlines (JFK-FRA-SIN) in 3 weeks !

Your scoring is messed up. Based on what did you give your airport experience score?? If it was because of the long waiting, what do you expect the airline to do when there’s 450+ people? Ever thought of online check-in as well?

What the hell kind of name is "Asiana" Airlines. Imagine if we have an airline here called Americastic Airlines or France has a Europea Airlines lol!
