Great video guys. I’m looking at the Grail CF SL7 as a possible purchase. I guess it will spend a lot of time on the road but want something that will be ok on canal paths etc. I have road and a mountain bike so want something in between. If I may ask, how did you get on with the sizing guide? I often fall in the between size on sizing guides. I’m 179 cm for reference. I’ve never purchased on line without first trying a bike. Currently riding a 56 BMC Roadmachine. Cheers guys.

Is the bike good for bikepacking as well? I am considering buying a cf sl 7, mainly using as a road bike but also what to have the possibility to use it as a bikepacking bike

I've got the Grail CF SL 7 and have done Bikepacking tours with them. Both staying in hotels and camping and I love it. I never missed anything (even without the fork sleves for possible fork bags) and would buy it again everytime. Its the most versatile bike I can imagine

Thanks for the great video, I just ordered the SLX myself Was wondering how do you fix the hammerhead to the mount? With the quarter turn adapter so it connects to the Garmin adapter? Or do you have a native hammerhead connector? (As the latter is way more solid).

You need to add the Garmin adapter to the back of the hammerhead . It click on fine with the mount you get from canyon

Hey guys - I am contemplating on Canyon Grail SLX but only thing holding me back is tire clearance - Can you sneak in 45-47mm Slick tires in? Few websites suggest you can

I’ve mounted a 45mm schwalbe g-one RS but on the rear it rubs on the frame…
